Sample Master Services Agreement
We increased the late-payment interest rate on unpaid amounts from 1% to 1.5% per month, keeping the existing cap at the highest rate allowed by law. We also extended the notice the Provider must give before suspending Services for an overdue amount from 10 to 15 days.
